CreateQWCFile Method
Creates a QWC file.
Syntax

This method creates a QWC file on disk at the specified FilePath.
The QWCFileInfo* properties define the specific requirements of the file.
The following properties are required:
- QWCFileInfoAppDescription
- QWCFileInfoAppName
- QWCFileInfoAppSupportURL
- QWCFileInfoAppURL
- QWCFileInfoFileId
- QWCFileInfoOwnerId
- QWCFileInfoUser
The Overwrite property determines the behavior if the file already exists.
