Syntax

 ptechhostsettle.getResponseBatchTransCount([callback])

'data' is the value returned by the method.

The callback for the setResponseBatchTransCount([callback]) method is defined as:

'err' is the error that occurred. If there was no error, then 'err' is 'null'.

'err' has 2 properties which hold detailed information:

err.code
err.message

Remarks

Total number of transactions in the batch. This property is returned after sending a BatchInquiry or BatchRelease transaction with the PTechHostSettle class, or after a SendSettlement sent using the PTechManualSettle class.

Note, when using the PTechManualSettle class to send manual batch settlements, this property will always be "0", because the Paymentech host is not maintaining the state of the batch.

This property is read-only.
