	501   Error loading file
	502   Invalid cell.
	503   Invalid row. Valid rows are between 1 and 1048576.
	504   Invalid column. Valid columns are between 1 and 16384.
	505   Invalid sheet index. Valid sheets are between 0 and SheetCount - 1.
	506   Error copying cell style. Verify a valid template has been set and cell range is correct.
	507   Error saving file.
	508   Formula parsing or calculation error.
	509   Template cannot be null or empty.
	510   Invalid cell, column out of range.
	511   Invalid cell, row out of range.
	512   Can not parse NumberFormat.
	513   Error deleting sheet. The workbook must contain at least one visible worksheet.
	514   The specified file exists and Overwrite is set to False.
	515   Invalid sheet name. Names can not exceed 31 characters. The name can not be empty. The name must not include any of the following characters: /\:?*[]
