GetPackageLabel Method
Generates a shipping label for the first package in the shipment.

When this method is called, the following properties must have been set:
- USPSServer (required)
- USPSAccountNumber (required for Endicia shipments)
- USPSUserId (required)
- USPSPassword (required)
- LabelImageType (required)
- SenderAddress (required)
- SenderContact (optional)
- RecipientAddress (required)
- RecipientContact (optional)
- Packages (required)
- ServiceType (required)
- ShipDate (optional)
- MailingLocation (optional)
- CustomerId (optional)
This method fills in the following properties:
- PackageTrackingNumber
- PackageShippingLabel
- PackageNetCharge (only for Endicia and Express labels);
- ShipDate (only for Endicia)
