Identifies the OverSeasLeg detail. Required when origin or destination is Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Remarks
This must be set to an instance of the OverSeasLegDetail type, which will contain the ShipmentWidth, ShipmentLength and ShipmentHeight etc. See the OverSeasLegDetail type for more information.
