This contains the current carrier's effective dropoff time for the specified day.

This contains the current carrier's effective dropoff time for the specified day. This is populated when LocationCarrierEffectiveLatestDropoffIndex is set.

The size of the array is controlled by the LocationCount property.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
