IP*Works! S/MIME 2016
Welcome to IP*Works! S/MIME, a powerful suite of components for secure Email communications via S/MIME encryption and digital certificates. Using IP*Works! S/MIME developers can encrypt files, emails, and even newsgroup postings as well as sign and verify message signatures using X.509 digital certificates.
Controls Included
| CertMgr | The CertMgr component is used to manage the digital certificates installed on a system. |
| MIME | The MIME component allows for the simple encoding and decoding of MIME structures such as message attachments, file uploads, etc. |
| SFileMailer | The SFileMailer Component is used to send emails with file attachments. |
| SHTMLMailer | The HTMLMailer Component is used to send HTML email including embedded images. |
| SIMAP | The SIMAP Component is used to communicate with IMAP servers using the IMAP (Internet Message Access) protocol. |
| SMIME | The SMIME component implements the S/MIME standard for encryption and decryption with public key cryptography and X.509 digital certificates. |
| SNNTP | The SNNTP Component is used to read, search, and post articles on Usenet news servers. |
| SPOP | The SPOP Component is used to easily retrieve electronic mail from Internet Post Office servers (POP). |
| SSMTP | The SSMTP Component is used to send Internet mail using the SMTP protocol (the Internet mail standard). |
