The content encoding of this message's data.

This property specifies the content encoding of this message's data. It may be empty if this message does not have a content encoding set.

When constructing a message for sending, this property is ignored if IncomingMessageValueType is not set to mvtBinary (16).

The $incomingmessageindex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the IncomingMessageCount property.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
