The secret version's destruction date.

This property reflects the destruction date of the secret version, formatted as an RFC 3339 UTC timestamp, or empty string if the secret version has not been destroyed.

The SecretIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the SecretCount property.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
