SetInputStream Method
Sets the stream whose data should be sent.

Remarks
This method sets the stream whose data should be sent when CreateSecret or CreateVersion is called. The component assumes that any data specified via an input stream is binary in nature; the PreferBinary configuration setting can be used to control this behavior, refer to its documentation for more information.
Note: Passing a non-null value for InputStream will cause the LocalFile property to be cleared. Similarly, setting LocalFile to a non-empty value will discard any stream set using this method.
