AddExtension Method

Adds an extension to the collection.

Syntax

ANSI (Cross Platform)
int AddExtension(const char* lpszId, const char* lpszName, int bCritical, const char* lpszData);

Unicode (Windows)
INT AddExtension(LPCWSTR lpszId, LPCWSTR lpszName, BOOL bCritical, LPCWSTR lpszData);
- (void)addExtension:(NSString*)id :(NSString*)name :(BOOL)critical :(NSString*)data;
#define MID_SERVER_ADDEXTENSION 2

IPWORKS3DS_EXTERNAL int IPWORKS3DS_CALL IPWorks3DS_Server_Do(void *lpObj, int methid, int cparam, void *param[], int cbparam[], int64 *lpllVal);

Remarks

Data necessary to support requirements not otherwise defined in the 3-D Secure message are carried in Message Extensions. AddExtension adds a new extension to the Extensions collection.

Note: The maximum number of extensions is 10.

Error Handling (C++)

This method returns a result code; 0 indicates success, while a non-zero error code indicates that this method encountered an error during its execution. If an error occurs, the GetLastError() method can be called to retrieve the associated error message. (Note: This method's result code can also be obtained by calling the GetLastErrorCode() method after it returns.)
