ProcessQueue Method

Processes the current queue of transactions.

Syntax

qbobject.processQueue([callback])

Callback

The 'callback' parameter specifies a function which will be called when the operation completes (or an error is encountered). If the 'callback' parameter is not specified, then the method will block and will not return until the operation completes (or an error is encountered).

The callback for this method is defined as:

function(err){ }

'err' is the error that occurred. If there was no error, then 'err' is 'null'.

'err' has 2 properties which hold detailed information:

err.code
err.message

Remarks

The QBObject class can be used to queue multiple transactions for batch processing with QuickBooks. Use the Queue method to store QBAddAggregate or QBUpdateAggregate structures from other classs in QBObject, and then call ProcessQueue to send them to QuickBooks. The results will appear in the Results in the same order they were inserted into the Queue. In the Results array properties, the ResultObjName will contain the name of the component required to process each ResultAggregate.
