Identification number of the Journal line, used for Updates.

If you need to add a new line in a transaction Update request, you can do so by setting the JournalLineLineId to -1.

The JournalLineIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the JournalLineCount property.

This property is not available at design time.
