Merchant-generated number that identifies the debit or EBT transaction.

A merchant must generate a ReceiptNumber for debit and EBT transactions made with the FDMSDebit and FDMSBenefit controls. This receipt number must be passed to the settlement unmodified in this DebitReceipt property.
