ParseAggregate Method

Parses the aggregate returned from another component's GetDetailAggregate method.

This method takes the XML aggregate returned from the FDMSOmahaRetail, FDMSOmahaRestaurant, or FDMSOmahaECommerce control, parses it, and then fills all the properties of the OmahaDetailRecord control.
