GetBatchSummary Method

Retrieves a summary of the current open batch for a merchant.

Remarks

* This method is no longer available as the underlying Global Transport API has changed. This method retrieves information about all of the transactions in the current open batch, and stores this information in the SummaryResults collection. The results will be separated by payment type ("MasterCard", "Visa", "DEBIT", etc.). You may optionally set a start and ending date to filter transactions with, using the SummaryBeginDate and SummaryEndDate properties.

To retrieve a summary of all transactions (even transactions that have already been settled) use the GlobalTransactionSearch control's GetTransactionSummary method instead.
