MessageId Property

The Id of the message.

Syntax

public String getMessageId();
public void setMessageId(String messageId);

Remarks

The Id format is as in RFC 2822: id-left@id-right.

In AS1, customizing the MessageId is not supported. An appropriate MessageId will be generated by the bean for each outgoing message. You should record this value after sending this value, and set it again when you verify the receipt.

This property is not available at design time.
