SetOutputStream Method

Specifies a stream to which received HL7 data should be written.

Syntax

public void setOutputStream(java.io.OutputStream outputStream);

Remarks

This method is used to specify a stream to which HL7 data received from the MLLP server should be written.

Note that the bean will store output data in one of the following places, choosing the first one that is valid:

• A stream specified using the SetOutputStream method.
• A file whose path has been set to the OutputFilename property.
• The OutputData property.
