This property controls the size of the following arrays:

• RecipientCertEncoded
• RecipientCertStore
• RecipientCertStorePassword
• RecipientCertStoreType
• RecipientCertSubject

The array indices start at 0 and end at RecipientCertCount-1.

This property is not available at design time.
