Name is the final name to be associated with the contents of either the Data or Filename properties.

AttachmentName is the final name to be associated with the contents of either the AttachmentData or AttachmentFilename properties. This corresponds to the filename attribute of the Content-Disposition header for this attachment.
The AttachmentIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the AttachmentCount property.
This property is read-only and not available at design time.
