This property holds the issuer of the certificate.

This property holds the issuer of the certificate. This may be queried when receiving a CEM request with AS2Receiver. This may be set before calling SendCEMResponse with AS2Sender.
The CEMIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the CEMCount property.
This property is not available at design time.
