AttachmentData Property
This property contains the attachment data.

Remarks
This property contains the attachment data.
In a receiver, the class decodes the attachment to the AttachmentData property when AttachmentData's value is first queried. This property will contain the full decrypted text of the attachment.
The AttachmentIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the AttachmentCount property.
This property is not available at design time.
