Name String	This field defines the name of the message property. This is required. This value corresponds to the ebMS element "eb:Messaging/eb:UserMessage/eb:MessageProperties/eb:Property/@Name"
PropertyType String	The optional type of the message property. This value corresponds to the ebMS element "eb:Messaging/eb:UserMessage/eb:MessageProperties/eb:Property/@Type"
Value String	The value of the message property. This value corresponds to the ebMS element "eb:Messaging/eb:UserMessage/eb:MessageProperties/eb:Property/"
