Lists trading partners known to the AS2ProfileMgr .

public function doListPartners();

ipworksedi_as2profilemgr_do_listpartners($res);

Invoking ListPartners causes the event Partner to be fired for each trading partner profile found by the AS2ProfileMgr class.
