The number of records in the Attachment arrays.

This property controls the size of the following arrays:

• AttachmentContentType
• AttachmentData
• AttachmentFilename
• AttachmentHeaders
• AttachmentName

The array indices start at 0 and end at AttachmentCount - 1.

This property is not available at design time.
