upload Method

Upload a file specified by LocalFile to an FTP server.

Syntax

def upload() -> None: ...

Remarks

This method uploads a local file specified by local_file to the remote file specified by remote_file. remote_file is either an absolute path on the server, or a path relative to remote_path. If there is no FTP session in place, one is automatically created by first calling the logon method.

If you want to append to a server file, please refer to the append method.
