element_component_name Property

The name of the class selected by ClassIndex , according to the Transaction Set schema.

Syntax

def get_element_component_name(element_index: int) -> str: ...

The name of the component selected by element_component_index, according to the Transaction Set schema.

The name is based on the position of the element within the segment. For instance "DTM0101".

Note: This property is only applicable when a ArcESB JSON schema is loaded.

The element_index parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the element_count property.

This property is read-only.
