Whether the account has check writing privileges (applicable for investment accounts only).

Remarks
Whether the account has check writing privileges (applicable for investment accounts only). True if investment account has check writing privileges. If investment account information is present in the server response (i.e., when AccServiceType is INVESTMENT), the AccChecking is always returned.
The AccIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the AccCount property.
This property is read-only and not available at design time.
