It indicates whether the password can contain special characters.

It indicates whether the password can contain special characters. Special characters do not include spaces.

The SignOnIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the SignOnInfoCount property.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
