Indicates whether the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) challenge is required by this FI server.

If True, then server requires multi-factor authentication during each signon. See on_request_challenge_questions in FIProfile for more information.

The sign_on_index parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the sign_on_info_count property.
