Identifies the CSP product version.

This is applicable to CSP developers only. It is provided by FedEx to the CSP developers and it is required to be present in all requests as part of the user details along with the rest of security elements: FedExAccountNumber, FedExMeterNumber, FedExDeveloperKey, FedExPassword, FedExCSPUserKey, FedExCSPUserPassword and FedExCSPProductId.
