ListResources Method

Lists the files and folders for the current user.

Syntax

googledrive.listResources([callback])

Callback

The 'callback' parameter specifies a function which will be called when the operation completes (or an error is encountered). If the 'callback' parameter is not specified, then the method will block and will not return until the operation completes (or an error is encountered).

The callback for this method is defined as:

function(err){ }

'err' is the error that occurred. If there was no error, then 'err' is 'null'.

'err' has 2 properties which hold detailed information:

err.code
err.message

Remarks

This method lists all files and folders for the current user. After this method returns the Resource* properties will be populated with information about the files and folders.

Set ResourceIndex to a value from 0 to ResourceCount - 1 to select a resource.

Google treats files and folders in the same way. Folders are included when listing files with ListResources. The ResourceType property can be used to determine if a file is a folder or a file. To list, delete, or update a folder use the ListResources, DeleteResource, and UpdateResource methods.

By default both files and folders are returned. To list only folders set the IncludeFiles configuration setting to False.
