Anypoint Studio 7 (Mule Runtime 4.0+) Licensing
The ipworksmule.lic file which holds the machine specific license is required to be present at runtime. After activation this is present in the ".nsoftware" folder of the user's home directory (i.e. "~/.nsoftware").
To include the ipworksmule.lic file in your project from AnyPoint Studio select "src/main/resources" from the Package Explorer, right click, and choose "Import..." to import the ipworksmule.lic file from disk into "src/main/resources".
Alternatively, ipworksmule.lic may be left in the ".nsoftware" folder of the user's home directory if the runtime process has access to that location, or it may be placed in the $MULE_HOME/conf directory where "MULE_HOME" is an environment variable defining a location on disk.
Anypoint Studio 6 (Mule Runtime 3.5+) Licensing

To use the license file at runtime it may be left in the ".nsoftware" folder of the user's home directory if the runtime process has access to that location, or it may be placed in the $MULE_HOME/conf directory where "MULE_HOME" is an environment variable defining a location on disk.
