Attribute value for the current entry.

If the value is part of a set of values, the AttributeType that contains the corresponding attribute type is an empty string, and the attribute type for the set is specified in the previous attribute of the properties with a non-empty AttributeType.

The AttrIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the AttrCount property.

To read or write binary data to the property, a Variant (Byte Array) version is provided in .AttrValueB.

This property is not available at design time.
