Whether a TimeStamp is required to create the response.

Remarks
This property specifies whether a TimeStamp is required to create the response.
This may be set before calling CreateChallenge, when the OCRASuite is generated.
When OCRASuite is assigned this value is updated to reflect the options specified in the OCRASuite
The component will automatically use the current system time when calling CalculateResponse and VerifyResponse if this property is True. The CurrentTime setting may be set to specify the time instead of using the system time.
