The URL of the resource's shared link.

This property holds the URL of the resource's shared link, or empty string if the resource doesn't currently have an active shared link.

The ResourceIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the ResourceCount property.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
