UseVirtualHosting Property

Determines which style request to use.

Syntax

__property bool UseVirtualHosting = { read=FUseVirtualHosting, write=FSetUseVirtualHosting };

Default Value

True

Remarks

If set to true (default), buckets will be referenced in the request using the hosted-style request: http://yourbucket.s3.us.cloud-object-storage.appdomain.cloud/yourobject. If false, the component will use the path-style request: http://s3.us.cloud-object-storage.appdomain.cloud/yourbucket/yourobject.

Note: When set to true, there are more limitations when choosing a bucket name due to DNS server naming restrictions.

This property is not available at design time.
