Remarks

The date the link was created.

This property specifies the date when the link was created. Dates are formatted according to ISO 8601 and are always in UTC time.

The LinkIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the LinkCount property.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
