CreateSharedDrive Method

Creates a new shared drive.

Syntax

ANSI (Cross Platform)
char* CreateSharedDrive(const char* lpszName, const char* lpszRequestId);

Unicode (Windows)
LPWSTR CreateSharedDrive(LPCWSTR lpszName, LPCWSTR lpszRequestId);
- (NSString*)createSharedDrive:(NSString*)name :(NSString*)requestId;
#define MID_GOOGLEDRIVE_CREATESHAREDDRIVE 8

IPWORKSCLOUD_EXTERNAL int IPWORKSCLOUD_CALL IPWorksCloud_GoogleDrive_Do(void *lpObj, int methid, int cparam, void *param[], int cbparam[], int64 *lpllVal);

Remarks

This method creates a new shared drive and returns the newly-created shared drive's Id.

Name is the name of the new shared drive.

RequestId is a unique value used by the server to identify an idempotent request by the current user to create a shared drive. (That is, the server ensures that duplicate shared drives are not created if any given user makes repeated shared drive creation requests with the same Name and RequestId.)

Error Handling (C++)

This method returns a String value; after it returns, call the GetLastErrorCode() method to obtain its result code; 0 indicates success, while a non-zero error code indicates that this method encountered an error during its execution. If an error occurs, the GetLastError() method can be called to retrieve the associated error message.
