Whether the resource is in the trash.

Remarks
Whether the resource is in the trash.
This property indicates whether the resource has been moved to trash.
Note that while this property is writable, the class only uses it as input when UpdateResource is called; it is ignored when calling UploadFile.
The ResourceIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the ResourceCount property.
This property is not available at design time.
