This property if the creator of the link will be notified when a user accesses the link.
Note: When creating the link this property will not be populated until a subsequent call to GetLinkInfo or ListLinks.
The LinkIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the LinkCount property.
This property is not available at design time.
