The location of the local file.

Remarks

This property specifies the location of a file on disk. This is used as the source file when calling UploadFile or PutRange, and as the destination file when calling DownloadFile.

Note that if SetUploadStream or SetDownloadStream is called, the specified stream will be used instead of the file set here.
