The creation timestamp of the resource.
This property holds the creation timestamp of the resource. Timestamps are formatted according to ISO 8601 and are always in UTC time.
The ResourceIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the ResourceCount property.
