An MD5 hash of the file's contents.

This property reflects a hex-encoded MD5 hash of the file's contents, or empty string if such a hash is not available.

The $fileindex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the FileCount property.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
