Whether this resource has been deleted.

This property reflects whether the resource has been deleted.

Note that this property is only applicable when populated by a call to ListChanges; otherwise, it is always false.

The $resourceindex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the ResourceCount property.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
