Remarks

The UTC time that the multipart upload was started. This is a string representation of ISO 8601 date format. For example: "2012-03-20T17:03:43.221Z".

The multipart_upload_index parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the multipart_upload_count property.
