remove_directory Method

Remove the specified directory.

Syntax

def remove_directory(dir_name: str) -> None: ...

Remarks

This method removes the directory specified by the DirName parameter. DirName may be either an absolute path, or a path relative to remote_path.

Note: The directory and all of its contents will be deleted when calling this method. (With the exception of non-root-level directories for the spAzureFile (11) service_provider; such directories can only be deleted if they are empty.)
