PermissionModOp Property
The operation to perform on the permission.

Remarks
The operation to perform on the permission.
This property is used to specify the operation that the class should perform on the permission when UpdatePermissions is called. Valid values are:
| moNone (0) (default) | No-Op (the class skips the permission). |
| moCreate (1) | The permission will be created. |
| moUpdate (2) | The permission will be updated. |
| moDelete (3) | The permission will be deleted. |

The PermissionIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the PermissionCount property.
This property is not available at design time.
