The full path of the resource.

This property reflects the full path of the resource. (Note that this property's value is not returned by the server, it is calculated by the class for convenience.)

The ResourceIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the ResourceCount property.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
