The date the user was created.

Remarks

The date the user was created.

This property specifies the creation date of the user. Dates are formatted according to ISO 8601 and are always in UTC time.

The UserIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the UserCount property.

This property is read-only and not available at design time.
